Brief

Our client required a modern kitchen/dining/living area at the rear of the house together with a new utility room and ground floor wc.

Response

A smallish rear garden effectively precluded further rearward extension so new space was created by combining the previously separate kitchen, reception and utility rooms. New areas of glazing provide good visual connection to the rear garden and pocket doors to the front living room allow light and views to be ‘borrowed’ from the front parts of the house.
